Baked Potatoes with Cheese
The ideal tuck for a chilly evening. Crisp cooked potatoes with a cream cheese dressing on top.
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pint Cream
- 3 oucnces Cheese
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Paremesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cut boiled potatoes into sliced and put them in layers into a buttered pan.
- Cover every layer with a sauce made of sour cream, eggs and Paremesan Cheese, continuing in this manner until the pan is filled.
- For 4 persons take 1 pint of cream , 4 eggs and about 3 ounces of cheese.
- Bake in an oven for about 1/2 hour and serve as a side dish with ham, beefsteak and other meats of a similar kind.
