Whether you’re making a pie for yourself or for someone special, this pie recipe is a great way to get all the best flavors of buttered meat, sweet potatoes, and spices together in one delicious package. And it’s super easy to make—just cook up some potatoes until tender, then add whatever spices you like (we recommend some chili powder or cumin), and stir everything together with some butter until everything is melted into a gooey mix. Then pour into a greased pie pan and top with whatever kind of cheese you prefer—mozzarella works great! And because who doesn’t love a little buttery crust?
