Spinach, Saxony Style
Ingredients
- Spinach
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Eggs
Instructions
- Cook the spinach in salt water with an onion
- Chop it up with a boned anchovy very fine, brown some flour in melted butter, stir in as much meat broth as is necessary,
- Then cook the spinach until well done and garnish with eggs.
