This is a simple recipe for how to make a whole ham glazed with burgundy sauce. This recipe is perfect for any occasion, whether it be a holiday meal or just something you want to eat when you want it. It’s also great for parties because it’s so easy to do.
First, start by seasoning the ham with salt and pepper, then let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Next, take the ham out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature on your countertop for about two hours.
Then, heat up some vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ham and cook until browned on all sides (about 5-10 minutes). Then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before glazing with our delicious burgundy sauce!
